# Finding Creators Who Accept Customs

Custom content lets you request new work directly from a creator instead of choosing only from an existing catalog. Depending on the creator, customs may include video, audio/WAV recordings, fiction, artwork or mixed-media requests.

## Start with creators who are currently open\n\n
Custom availability changes often. A creator may accept requests for a few days, close while completing a queue and reopen later. Start with the [Customs directory](/customs/), which highlights creators whose public information currently indicates that requests or commissions are open.

## Check what kind of custom the creator offers\n\n
“Customs open” does not mean every format is available. An audio creator may accept WAV requests but not video. An artist may take illustration commissions without offering audio or performance content. Read the creator profile and current storefront before sending a request.

## Read the creator’s boundaries first\n\n
Creators decide which scenarios, words, formats and requests they are comfortable producing. Their current commission sheet, storefront instructions or profile rules should always take priority. If a request falls outside those boundaries, choose another creator rather than trying to persuade them to make it.

## Prices and turnaround vary\n\n
Custom work may be priced by duration, complexity, number of characters, commercial rights or other factors. Rush delivery and exclusivity may cost extra. SneezeIndex does not set prices or process payment; the transaction takes place through the creator’s own platform.

## Check the destination rating before leaving\n\n
A creator can accept customs on a general art page, a mature fetish account or an adult storefront. The destination label tells you what kind of page you may encounter before you click. If you prefer non-explicit material, use the content-level filters in the creator directory.
