# Privacy Policy

Source: https://sneezeindex.com/privacy/

This policy explains the information SneezeIndex uses to operate its creator directory, submissions, profile claims, reports and site analytics.

## Information you submit\n\n
When you use a contact form, list a profile, claim a profile, report a problem or request removal, SneezeIndex may receive your name, creator alias, email address, message, public profile URLs and other information you choose to provide.

## Creator directory information\n\n
Creator profiles are built around public professional or creator-facing identities, creator submissions and editorially reviewed public sources. We do not intentionally publish private residential addresses, private telephone numbers, private email addresses, government identifiers or other non-public personal details merely because they can be found elsewhere.

## Technical and analytics information\n\n
Servers and security tools may process IP address, browser type, requested URLs, timestamps and similar technical information to deliver the service, detect abuse and diagnose errors. SneezeIndex also records aggregate directory-search data, including searches that return no results, so we can identify missing creators or topics.

## Cookies and local storage\n\n
Essential cookies or browser storage may be used for WordPress sessions, security and session preferences such as acknowledging an Adult / 18+ outbound-content warning. See the [Cookie Policy](/cookie-policy/) for more detail.

## Sharing and service providers\n\n
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, analytics or other service providers needed to operate SneezeIndex. We do not sell creator claim or contact-form information as a mailing list.

## Retention and requests\n\n
Operational records are kept only as long as reasonably useful for moderation, security, creator verification, corrections and legal obligations. For a privacy concern involving a creator profile, use the [Profile Removal & Corrections](/removal-policy/) page or contact SneezeIndex directly.
