# Profile Removal & Corrections

Source: https://sneezeindex.com/removal-policy/

Creators can request correction or removal of an ordinary SneezeIndex directory profile. Privacy, impersonation and removal requests receive elevated moderation priority.

## What you can request\n\n

- Correct a creator name, alias, format, interest or activity status.

- Update or remove a broken or outdated destination.

- Correct an Adult / Mature / General content label.

- Report impersonation or a profile connected to the wrong person.

- Request removal of an ordinary creator directory listing.

- Raise a privacy concern involving information that should not be public.

## Creator removal requests\n\n
If you are the creator represented by a listing, include enough information for us to identify the profile and verify the request. We may ask you to demonstrate control of an established creator account before acting on a removal request made on behalf of a creator.

Removal of an ordinary directory profile does not necessarily require deleting every editorial reference to a public creator identity. Limited historical references may be retained where needed to explain a documented former username, closed project, platform migration or correction history, but we aim to keep those references proportionate and useful.

## Processing requests\n\n
We review the request, identify the affected profile or destination and compare it with the current public record. Straightforward broken-link and activity corrections can often be handled without creator verification. Identity, impersonation, privacy and removal matters may require additional confirmation.
